Does the cleaner need an account?+
No. They get a one-off link for that turnover. It opens straight into the camera with your reference photo beside it.
What happens if a photo isn't good enough?+
You request a redo from your phone while the cleaner is still on site. The turnover reopens and they get the note on the same link.
Do you track cleaners all day?+
No. Location is recorded at the moment a photo is taken, and nothing in between. That's what makes the evidence hold up.
Can I use this to answer a bad review?+
